Background

Fitzsimmons Design Associates is a full-service interior design firm based in Annapolis, Maryland.

Gina Fitzsimmons, ASID founded the company in 1991 to provide clients with the right blend of professional design, personalized service and interior effects that suit Chesapeake living.

Trained at the Maryland Institute of Art in Baltimore and certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ), Gina brings professional design technique and expertise to your home.

Experience

With over 30 years living in Annapolis, Gina has a unique feel for design that works in this area. Well known and well respected in the community, Gina has strong relationships with the leading local contractors and has a large base of loyal and satisfied clients.

With over 25 years of interior design experience, Gina understands the importance of listening closely to her clients' needs and has a particular knack for translating them into engaging results.

Furnishings

In addition to the interior design services, Fitzsimmons Design owns and operates two home furnishings boutiques also located in Annapolis - Details of Design on Bay Ridge Road and on Maryland Avenue.

Gina handpicks all of the items for the stores. The boutiques provide a wonderful opportunity to browse and purchase home accents and furnishings, and to get a feel for the themes and elements used in our designs.
